Inventory Management And Materials Control (IMMC) Superintendent

Job Description

This position is responsible in managing the daily operation of receiving deliveries, storing, preserving inventory control and issuing and delivering materials, tools, spare parts and equipment for plant use. Manages the inventory control processes and activities and facilitates completion of inventory reports generation, develops, implements and evaluates unit plans and programs aligned with the business objectives and according to approved schedules and budget allocation.

Job Responsibilities

This job includes performing staff management and development functions such as but not limited to hiring, selection, training, coaching, performance evaluation and feedback. Lastly, creates, reviews and updated IMMC policies, guidelines, procedures that are compliant to OSH and Environmental laws and regulations. Implementation of ESH programs in the workplace.
